You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide, including VIN and plate numbers, is accurate and belongs to a vehicle you have a legitimate reason to enquire about.

The price of a standard Vehicle Digital PDF starts at £30, payable as a one-time charge. A premium option is also available for £40. Payment is processed through our secure checkout at the time of order.

All prices are listed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include applicable taxes where required. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, though any change will not affect orders already placed.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact and vehicle information at checkout. CarDefiner is not liable for delivery failures or inaccurate documents resulting from incorrect information submitted by the customer.

You agree to check your email, including spam and junk folders, for your delivered Vehicle Digital PDF.

CarDefiner provides vehicle information compiled from available data sources. We do not guarantee the completeness or absolute accuracy of every detail within the Vehicle Digital PDF.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid for your order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and the design of the Vehicle Digital PDF, is the intellectual property of CarDefiner and is protected by UK law.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use our content without prior written permission, except for your own personal Vehicle Digital PDF.
